- Firstly, it’s a great example of grace under pressure; both the effortless professionalism of the Band and Eric Clapton’s recovery from an on-stage mishap.
- Secondly, it’s a beautifully written piece. We don’t need the background to the song. We don’t really need the set-up of the film. But it sets the scene beautifully, building pace and tension. And the description of the on-stage activity is well-paced and exciting.
- Thirdly, it’s a great reminder of a fantastic film. I need to dust off my DVD and watch it again.
