Example – Engaging Government Policy Makers

An international technology company sought to enhance its reputation with government elites in Eastern Europe. Burning Pine was appointed to develop a paper which conveyed the breadth, depth and value of the company’s involvement in economies across the region. Burning Pine convened a workshop of key stakeholders, developed a framework, researched international data-points and wrote a paper which combined independent data and local proof-points in a narrative that directly addressed the prime, common concerns of governments across the region.

Example – Aligning Resource behind a Common Goal

Burning Pine was engaged by a small, national health charity to help with three inter-related issues:

  • The need to ensure that resources are used effectively to further the charity’s aims

  • The desire to create a considered plan of action that could be monitored and managed to ensure the desired goals are achieved

  • The wish to demonstrate how the broader activities of the charity are aligned to achieving the charity’s stated objects.

 

 

Starting with a strategy workshop, Burning Pine worked with the charity to create a marketing plan document that would become the first stage of a broader strategic review. The plan demonstrated how each marketing tactic was aligned to the ultimate goals of the charity and included timeline, budgets and success measures to support future management.
