We write for business and help organisations achieve clarity in their messaging. This ranges from developing web copy for "micropreneurs" to writing thought leadership papers for global enterprises; effectively all aspects of content marketing. Combining Words and Numbers, we also write business plans, marketing plans and strategy documents whether to raise funds externally or to raise support internally. Content Marketing - A Narrative for Perception Change Burning Pine specialises in all aspects of perception change. Our external-facing work includes creating white papers for international use with audiences of senior decision and policy makers in government, elsewhere in public sector and across the private sector. In addition, we write compelling case studies, business articles, web copy and other customer-ready content. Awarded a Grade 8 - Gold Medal with Distinction in Public Speaking by the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA), Andrew also writes speeches for business occasions. Stakeholder Management & Communication Burning Pine manages all aspects of planning and strategy for internal purposes. This includes writing business plans, marketing plans and strategy papers for internal stakeholders. We also run messaging and strategy workshops and consult on perception change strategy. Example – Engaging Government Policy Makers An international technology company sought to enhance its reputation with government elites in Eastern Europe. Burning Pine was appointed to develop a paper which conveyed the breadth, depth and value of the company’s involvement in economies across the region. Burning Pine convened a workshop of key stakeholders, developed a framework, researched international data-points and wrote a paper which combined independent data and local proof-points in a narrative that directly addressed the prime, common concerns of governments across the region. Example – Aligning Resource behind a Common Goal Burning Pine was engaged by a small, national health charity to help with three inter-related issues: The need to ensure that resources are used effectively to further the charity’s aims The desire to create a considered plan of action that could be monitored and managed to ensure the desired goals are achieved - The wish to demonstrate how the broader activities of the charity are aligned to achieving the charity’s stated objects.
