Citrix/frog on Collaborative Work Space – HBR

Adam Richardson of global design and innovation firm, frog, describes creating a 2,000 square foot collaborative space for Citrix.

The article talks about the design process and the reception / adoption of the space by different teams within Citrix.  The comments are also insightful, illustrating how design alone may not be sufficient if the corporate culture is not supportive.  September’s Harvard Business Review – devoted to collaboration – also included insights into fostering collaboration.  I blogged about their Lilly / DEGW case study.
