Story-driven data analysis – @HarvardBiz

Here’s an interesting post from the HBR Blog Network on how story-telling and data analysis work hand-in-hand.

The researchers, Judy Bayer and Marie Taillard, used Grounded Theory techniques to create a narrative that delivered insight while remaining grounded in the data.
